Intel Core i3-4030U details and performance | Hardlimit Benchmark Central
The Core i3-4030U is a cpu manufactured by Intel released on April 2014. This model is based on Haswell architecture which is known as fourth-generation core too. It uses 22nm Tri-Gate FinFET (non-planar, 3D) technology. It includes fourth arithmetic logic unit (ALU) and third address generation unit (AGU). This generation is able to run Advanced Vector Extensions 2 (AVX2) instruction set among BMI1, BMI2, ABM and FMA3. At this time Intel used new sockets: LGA 1150 for desktops and BGA1364 for the mobile CPUs.This model runs at 1900 MHz
as base frequency with a thermal design power of 15 W. About its cache memory, this CPU has 2x32+2x32 kB level 1 cache, 2x256kB of level 2 cache and 3072kB of level 3 cache.
The performance score in monothread tasks in mode 0 (non-optimized software) of the Core i3-4030U is 12179 while its multithread score in the same mode is 27224 points. If we talk about optimized software, in its highest mode (mode III optimized for AVX2), the monothread score is 22693 and the multithread score is 49349 points.
