Intel Core i7-4770K details and performance | Hardlimit Benchmark Central
The Core i7-4770K is a cpu manufactured by Intel released on Jun 2013. This model is based on Haswell architecture which is known as fourth-generation core too. It uses 22nm Tri-Gate FinFET (non-planar, 3D) technology. It includes fourth arithmetic logic unit (ALU) and third address generation unit (AGU). This generation is able to run Advanced Vector Extensions 2 (AVX2) instruction set among BMI1, BMI2, ABM and FMA3. At this time Intel used new sockets: LGA 1150 for desktops and BGA1364 for the mobile CPUs.This model runs at 3500 MHz
as base frequency but it can reach up to 3900 Mhz under some conditions with a thermal design power of 84 W. About its cache memory, this CPU has 32+32 kB level 1 cache, 256kB of level 2 cache and 8192kB of level 3 cache.
The performance score in monothread tasks in mode 0 (non-optimized software) of the Core i7-4770K is 26250 while its multithread score in the same mode is 110549 points. If we talk about optimized software, in its highest mode (mode II optimized for AVX), the monothread score is 37505 and the multithread score is 151780 points.
