Core i7-9700K


Description
We need your help: we don't have results in all modes. If you have a i7-9700K and want to help us to complete the stats, you just have to run the benchmark at stock frequency (no oc) in modes FPU, SSE, AVX, and validate the results. You don't have to register and the whole process will take less than 3 minutes per mode.

The Core i7-9700K is a cpu manufactured by Intel that was released on October 2018. This model has 8 Coffee Lake-S cores , runs at 3600 MHz as base frequency and has a a thermal design power of 95 W.

The i7-9700K has 8x32+8x32 kB of cache L1, 8x256 kB of cache L2 and 12288 kB of cache L3.

Coffee Lake is the second refinement of Intel’s 14nm (Tri-Gate) technology. While it uses LGA1151 socket, it is incompatible with previous generations due to electrical changes in socket’s pins so these CPUs require Z370 chipset. This kind of generation introduced more cores in every range to compete with new AMD’s architecture. Coffee Lake uses DDR4 memory at 2400MHz for i3 and at 2666MHz for i5, i7 CPUs plus iGPU frequency has been increased 50MHz with respect to previous generation.

Multithread performance graph
Multithread graphs measure the performance against a heavy load during certain time.

If CPU's TDP doesn't limit the frequency and the machine is properly cooled, performance should remain steady vs time. Otherwise, the performance score will oscillate or decrease over time.
