Description
We need your help: we don't have results in all modes. If you have a 3600X and want to help us to complete the stats, you just have to run the benchmark at stock frequency (no oc) in modes FPU, SSE, AVX, and validate the results. You don't have to register and the whole process will take less than 3 minutes per mode.

The Ryzen 5 3600X is a cpu manufactured by AMD that was released on July 2019. This model has 6 Matisse cores with Simultaneous MultiThreading (SMT), runs at 3800 MHz as base frequency and has a a thermal design power of 95 W.

Zen 2 is fabricated on the 7nm process from TSMC and it’s the third generation of Zen CPUs. It comes with 64kB of L1 cache and 512kB of L2 cache per core. Zen 2 CPUs are divided into 3 categories: Matisse (desktop), Rome (Server) and Castle Peak (high-end desktop).

AVX2 optimized benchmark
The benchmark in mode III (AVX2), like AVX1, is optimized to used 256 bits registers beside the second version of the Advanced Vector Extensions (AVX). The first AVX2 compatible CPU was released in 2013.

Monothread performance graph
Monothread performance graphics gives the performance vs time. They are useful to measure the time it takes to the CPU to reach the maximum performance.

Usually, CPU's performance will be steady during these tests but if it has a slow frequency strategy, the first samples will show a lower score.

Multithread performance graph
Multithread graphs measure the performance against a heavy load during certain time.

If CPU's TDP doesn't limit the frequency and the machine is properly cooled, performance should remain steady vs time. Otherwise, the performance score will oscillate or decrease over time.
